I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. From 2025 to 2026, I am a CSC-supported Joint PhD Student at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
My work explores how digital transformation reshapes government service delivery, how departments coordinate environmental action, and how environmental policies perform. Spatial analysis and datasets connect these questions to measurable outcomes.
My research agenda asks how services are delivered, how agencies coordinate, and how policies perform—linking institutional questions with empirical evaluation and data development.
